Halfway thru Winter
Well, so far, we're halfway through Winter, and unless you were on the roads
a couple of Fridays ago, it hasn't been too bad. Knock on wood and hopefully
I didn't just queer the deal and jinx us. Think Spring.
Valentines Day - Tues 14th
We are going to offer our regular menu as we don't like to make people
participate in special menus etc etc. Since this is a "school night" we will
be offering some cute half-bottles of a nice French Champagne.
Reservations are strongly suggested as we wouldn't want your sweeties to be
disappointed.
The Pick of the Gardens (Featured Dishes)
-----Chicken Cacciatore-----
Half a fresh Perdue chicken braised and simmered for hours
with tomato, onion & garlic in a Scornavacco family recipe broth..
-----16 Oz T-Bone------
USDA Choice steak, with veggies & oven roasted potatoes.
(Steak available with marsala or al Forno add $2)
-----Seafood Cioppino-----
The Real San Francisco Treat: Fresh mussels, shrimp, clams, scallops, and lobster in a
delicate herb tomato broth over pasta
-----Linguini a la Pesca-----
Salmon, scallops, shrimp, peas and tomatoes with
your choice of Alfredo or Marinara sauce.
-----Hay and Straw-----
Spinach and egg pastas tossed with prosciutto, fresh mushrooms and our famous Alfredo sauce
-----Penne Arrabiata-----
Whole Wheat or Semolina Penne Rigate pasta tossed with extra virgin
olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh basil, tomato and red pepper flakes.
-----Lamb Shank-----
Braised and simmered for hours in a family recipe. When this comes into the dining room people always turn to see what smells so good.
